ABOUT

I believe that in our busy world, spiritual direction provides much needed regular space for spiritual transformation. 

 

I was born in the UK to a Korean mom and an English and Welsh dad, and I have lived in England, France, Germany, Canada, and America. My career background includes K-12 education, pastoral ministry, global non-profit learning and development, and higher education. I am currently the Co-Owner of Jigsaw Coaching, a coaching, consulting, and training company devoted to helping leaders thrive, especially those in intercultural spaces. I am an ordained pastor with the Evangelical Covenant Church. I trained as a spiritual director through North Park Theological Seminary after experiencing significant healing and transformation in my walk with Jesus through this ministry. I serve as president of the Association of Covenant Spiritual Directors. My husband is a pastor, and we have two teenage girls. I love art, jazz, nature, dance parties, and intercultural experiences. I am open to meeting people for spiritual direction in person in Sacramento, or online. My favorite quote is from Henri Nouwen, “I am not what I do, I am not what I have, I am not what people say about me. I am a beloved child of God.”
