ABOUT

My career path has not been traditional to say the least. I’ve been everything from a seamstress, to substitute teacher, a pastor for a while, and a personal coach for many years. I’ve been in ministry over 30 years, so I know the highs and lows of the journey.

 

Everything I do is because I like to see people flourish and become more mature versions of themselves. In order to do that I seek out opportunities to be equipped in a variety of areas that I believe will help me best serve those who choose to partner with me. A few certifications I hold: Training in Spiritual Direction (2024), Coaching (2009), Embodiment & Trauma (2023), and a Master of Divinity (2018).
