ABOUT: I consider it a great privilege to spend time with Christian men and women who are seeking a safe place to be heard without judgment.  Many need someone with whom they can process relational tensions, life transitions, church stresses, and circumstances - especially when these reveal a gap between their learned theology and felt experience.

I earned my Masters in Spiritual Formation and Soul Care from Talbot Theological Seminary at Biola University, where I am currently serving as adjunct faculty and as a staff spiritual director. Previously, I served on the executive team at a large Covenant church for nearly 20 years, and am intimately familiar with the dynamics of church life.  Most recently, I launched South Bay Soul Care, a ministry dedicated to providing spiritual direction to Christians in the South Bay Area of Los Angeles (see southbaysoulcare.com).

I offer individual spiritual direction, group spiritual direction, and retreats, including day retreats for women at my home in Redondo Beach.  I am open to meeting online, or in person for those in the L.A. area.  I would enjoy meeting with you to explore how God is working in every aspect of your life, so you can experience His goodness and unconditional love.
